Freaky, Spooky and so true. When is the right time to talk to the kids about these issues? And will it help; they are after all living in the same world as we are... Full of media input; Anyway, it is always worth trying
Children. As described to my once. Adults in little bodies.
Jeremy.. I disagree with that. Children today have access to things we didn't have when we were kids. Same goes for our parents, and theirs.. the change in circumstances are huge!
people are so intelligent they invent many things to make works easier
there are some for engineering, some for architecture, some for the means of communication and then as the video shows there's also for beauty and fasion
but i think abusing that intelligence is not so good.First, they ruined the work of God,God gave us this bodies nice or ugly tall or short fat or thin its because he has a reason for it.
i am a man and i know some men fond of undergoing surgeries like that just to reach their desired body
all i can say to them "they are too stupid!!!" they're wasting their money for a non sense thing
as we go old we will develop wrinkles and lots of symptoms of skin aging and we cant stop that so whats the sense of having your beauty ful body at your younger age?
besides you can have your desired body by means of natural ways right? exercise and proper diet
and for me beauty is still the one inside and your physical appearance is just for frontal
inner beauty is the beat
Oh my.. This is so true. We're live in a High Tech World. So, we should get ready to tell the kids today before the beauty industry destroy their natural beauty. Good posting. Thanks for sharing beautiful. (:
The Reality of Illusion is stop delusion. The beauty of this clip is the Ignorance of those who engage in it for the value of Attention and Material Wealth. The persons in the clip are willing hostages manipulated by the illusion of delusion - believing attention satisfies and attracts money enabling happiness.
If we teach our children certain Values they are less likely to interpret media as something that is "real" rather something that is "made-up" to sell a product that isn't maybe necessary in the first place.
Involve the Children - Evolve Yourself - Self Is Steam - Go Ahead - Empower Yourself and take care of your/our future.
Talk to your children before its too late - it's never too late or early for that fact. The biggest plus I find is to listen to their questions. I started talking to my kids before they were born about life! I believe in life skills.
As you can see I had alot of thoughts visit when I observed this clip! and no comma key that works on my keyboard! - sorry about the punctuation!
It's sad, but THIS is the world we live in. And the problem is that it's not just children who need to be educated about the manipulative nature of the media. We're constantaly force-fed utter garbage in the name of entertainment, in the name of education, in the name of choice... and so rarely do we even question it, let alone try to do anything about it.
The entire developed world and his dog are currently on a green crusade... supposedly. Recycling paper, switching to diesel, turning off lights, yet how many of us are still trailing to the mall on a weekend to check out the latest fashion boutiques, or scouring the web for the best price on the latest ipod. From the moment we wake up every day we're bombarded with instructions that our lives aren't worth living if we don't have this week's must-have fashion item. We can recycle all we like and talk to our children till we're blue in the face, but only when we accept that we are in just as much need of protection from the media as they are, and accept a mindset shift in our buying/living habits will there ever be any headway made here.
It's a sad world indeed, but if enough people realise this and ask the right questions, both of themselves and others, it really wouldn't take that much effort to make a real difference and create a better world for everyone.

This is an incredible ad campaign to further more our self-esteem. A lot of people esp. womEn are very fond of these. Thinking that they will be more prettier, more attractive, more seductive if they undergo unto these surgeries. But they are totally wrong. OMG! These women who went thru these kind of surgery, I have 4 words for you...YOU ARE SO PATHETIC! Even if you undergo all kinds of surgery available in the planet...you're still UGLY...UNPRETTY!
