What Is Your Thinking Style?
Here is another interesting what kind of thinker are you quiz. The BBC website has a fun page about Leonardo Da Vinci, with a short quiz that you can take to determine what type of thinking style you use and here is the list of the nine outcomes in this quiz. So, what is your thinking style? What about your friends or family? Do they have a different thinking style than you thought? Why not get them to take the quiz and see if you are right.

For me I guess thoughts are just thoughts.
Hmm... am not a big fan of tests of thinking 'style.' I think they can be mild fun, but the topic of thinking itself, which I write about quite a lot, is not one where easy answers abound. To get to even a halfway credible classification needs a lot of work, and even then I tend to be a skeptic. But in this general direction, there have been two recent books that I think start to triangulate thinking styles in a more qualitative way. These are Howard Gardner's 'Five Minds for the Future' (he's the guy who developed the theory of 'multiple intelligences') and Dan Pink's 'Whole New Mind.'
I did a critique of the literature on this recently (check out my blog post linked to my comment).
In general though, I think the question of thinking styles is one best answered through narratives that get at your unique approach. Of course, some people will fall into similar patterns, but the phenomenon itself is too complex to be reduced to quick tests.
I an Intrapersonal thinker. What are you Ilker?
